Theo likes to chase cats but doesnt try to hurt them, it's an endless game of "you're it" as far as he's concerned. This boy was saved from a kill shelter with literally minutes to spare. He's now safely tucked away in his foster home waiting for his furever family to come and take him home. Theo is said to be 5 years old, frankly, I don't believe it, he's got the energy of a 3 year old but thankfully, not the energy of a 4 month old!
