Built similar to a Troy built, Exmark or DR mower with a separate blade spindle. (saves your engine in case you hit a large obstruction) I would not call it a "commercial" unit but it is a bit more heavy duty than your average mower. Much easier to work on compared to small riding tractors when something goes wrong.
Excellent condition with little use.
